We are currently accepting applications for various positions including:

• Estimating - In this position, the candidate should possess professional communication and writing skills, ability to read blue prints and/or architectural drawings, and ability to identify items from prints/drawings. The candidate must be able to achieve the complete take-off function, including pricing. Must be computer literate. Individual must be a team player and able to take direction with minimal supervision.
• Engineering / Draftsperson - Must be able to read architectural drawings, AutoCAD experience a plus. They must be able to produce working shop drawings of items from raw design drawings. All drawings include all sections, material call-outs and finishes, and must be completed in a timely manner. Individual must be a team player and able to take direction with minimal supervision.
• Material Takeoff - In this position, the individual should be able to read blue prints/architectural drawings, be able to take material quantities from blue prints/drawings, and be able to list material take-offs from prints with respect to measurements, quantities, and allocation of materials on the project. Individual must be a team player and able to take direction with minimal supervision.
